This month we launched our Indian Brunch at the Habb restaurant of the Hotel Generations RivieraMaya, our Chef Kaushal Singh will delight us with the best of the gastronomy that his country of origin can offer to us, here the details;The service will be offered in Family Style format, with the following inclusions:

• Service. - 5 times Family Style

• Bar. - International open bar and traditional Indian drinks.

• Up grade. - Option of open bar of Champagne Taitinger and bar of mimosas with additional cost $ 300 MXN

• Days. - Every Sunday

• Mass.- hours 10-11hrs

• External customer price. - $ 1,500 MXN

• Price for children from 5 to 12.- $ 750 MXN

Mixologist vs Sommelier

Fuentes Culinary Theatre prepares on a monthly bases a unique event, Mixologist vs. Sommelier. In the preparation of this special monthly event we invite renowned Mixologist and Sommeliers from Mexico.

Both will show their option for the pairing of the menu created by our Creative chef Eduardo Barra. During the show the chef is the referee as in a real boxing fight. The guests arrive to the event and will have a delicious 5 course menu which the first 4 courses will be paired with modern cocktails and highly recommended wines.

Each course will have the two options of wine and cocktail and after the main course the guest will be the judge of the best pairing. They will vote on who made the best pairing throughout the dinner. During the dessert the results will be given and we will announce the winner of Sommelier vs. Mixologist!!!

Los platillos fueron maridados con dos nuevos vinosde la linea G&G By Ginasommelier Rosé 2018 y Gran Reserva Malbec 2017 y las nuevas añadas deOrión 2016 y Zeus 2016 los cuales fueron presentados y catados por la Sommelier Gina Estrada,embajadora de marca.
